Debbie thrives in her role as Director of Human Resources at Arcane Marketing, drawing from her diverse background in management, office administration, and entrepreneurship to forge meaningful connections and drive tangible results.

Debbie earned her SHRM-CP in 2023 and has educational credentials from BYU, SLCC, and UVU, including two associate degrees. She is a UVU Human Resources Management program graduate, a LinkedIn Learning graduate from the management program, a certified Yoga Instructor, and a former Utah Notary. She’s a perpetual learner, always seeking to expand her skill set.

Raised in Lehi, UT, Debbie learned the value of hard work and teamwork from her large family. Now residing in Centerville, UT, with her best friend/husband and four fantastic children, she adeptly balances her remote directorial duties with her bustling family life.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys reading, practicing yoga, serving her community, and embracing nature’s beauty while cherishing the simple joys of life.
