Meet Nikolas Steele, a valued member of our team serving as an Account Manager, SEO Expert, and Senior Social Media Marketing Strategist. He recently graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho in April 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management – Marketing
Nikolas grew up in Spokane, Washington. He was raised to understand and appreciate the value of hard work and how to face challenges as he spent much of his free time working (hard-working) on his grandparent’s farm with his 9 (yeah, 9!) older siblings. He has a great love for his growing family. Nikolas recently got married in December 2022. He and his wife moved to Idaho Falls with their dog shortly after getting married.
Nikolas is an absolute expert when it comes to both Social Media Marketing and SEO. He is constantly learning new trends and the latest updates when it comes to advertising on social media platforms. He’s learned to embrace and run with AI tools to help with digital marketing tasks. He has worked hard to become certified in Social Media Marketing including becoming Facebook Blueprint Certified. He is also Google Analytics certified and Inbound Marketing Certified by Hubspot.
Presently, he’s our resident TikTok ads expert and works closely with our video team to create engaging content for all social platforms. Nikolas enjoys helping businesses see success from their social media accounts as they build relationships with followers. He also enjoys problem-solving and helping businesses navigate the challenges that come with using social media to advertise. Nikolas’s journey with Arcane Marketing began as an intern, showcasing his dedication and passion for the field.
When asked what he loves about working here, Nikolas states, “I love the value that Arcane Marketing promotes as a business. I think they are truly focused on the success of each business they work with. They also value each team member.” He strives to be a contributing part of the culture at Arcane Marketing and live by the core values of Vision, Grit, Do What You Say, and Building the greater good.
Nikolas considers himself a lifelong learner and goal-setter. When he sets his mind on something, he gets it done. He is committed to being a person that others can rely on. He hopes to continue his education after receiving his bachelor’s degree and continue to qualify himself to be an expert in his field. He enjoys learning through books, and podcasts, and experimenting with new hobbies. Nikolas loves to figure out how things work.
When he is not working, Nikolas enjoys baking, hiking, playing board games, working out at the gym, and spending time with his family and close friends.
