- Mental (meditation, yoga, reading wisdom literature, art classes, prayer, etc.)
- Social/Emotional (personal relationship building, spending time in nature, service, etc)
Requirement: Activities must be engaged in for at least 20 minutes to qualify and be logged as you complete the form below.
Take your pick of what types of activities work best for you and your wellness within these categories. We just ask you to make a concerted effort. Our ultimate goal is to help our team prioritize their individual wellness goals and grow together as a team.
REMEMBER! Bonus points will be awarded for participation – like posting on our Facebook page about this challenge, creating and inviting new activities, sharing healthy recipes and activities, and anything else that impresses Debbie! : )
